The Spartherm Swing Insert 51x45 (formerly the Linear S 600 front) is a wood-burning fireplace insert that, thanks to its compact dimensions, can be installed in most existing settings.

Fireplace insert

This Spartherm Swing is a fireplace insert. Inserts are usually installed in existing settings where you cannot or do not want to demolish or renovate. For example, if you currently have an open fireplace, you can install an insert in it relatively easily. Because the flue is connected from inside the stove, very little demolition is needed in the existing setting. Of course, the insert can also be installed in a new setting. Inserts are generally also considerably cheaper than built-in fireplaces. This is partly because the insert has a hinged door rather than a lift-up door.

High efficiency

Spartherm's Swing range has a high efficiency rating (energy class A+). So, if you use a Spartherm insert in an existing open-fireplace setting, you can increase efficiency from a maximum of 10% to over 75%! This means more heat from the wood, so you burn it more efficiently. In addition, an insert is much easier to use than an open fireplace and creates far less mess. You can also go to bed while the fire is still burning or leave the house briefly to run an errand. You cannot do this with an open fireplace.

Different frames

This Spartherm Swing Insert 51x45 (fixed handle) comes standard with a four-sided 60 mm frame. It is also available with an 80 mm or 100 mm frame as an optional extra.
