RETURN POLICY – DSP Shop

Return Period

You have the right to return your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • The product is unused and undamaged

  • In the original packaging, if possible

  • Including all accessories and components

Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be rejected.

How to Return a Product?

  1. Send an email to info@dspshop.nl with your order number

  2. You will receive return instructions

  3. Return the product to the specified address

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed

  • In the event of an incorrectly delivered or defective product, DSP Shop will cover the return shipping costs

Refund

  • After receipt and inspection of the return

  • Refunded within 14 days via the original payment method

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Custom-made products

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
