The Spartherm Swing Insert 61x50 (formerly Linear M 700 front) is a wood-burning insert fireplace that, thanks to its compact dimensions, can be installed in most existing settings.

Insert fireplace

This Spartherm Swing is an insert fireplace. Inserts are usually installed in existing settings where you cannot or do not want to demolish or remodel. For example, if you currently have an open fireplace, you can install an insert in it relatively easily. Because the flue is connected from inside the stove, very little of the existing structure needs to be demolished. Of course, the insert can also be installed in a new setting. Inserts are generally also considerably cheaper than built-in fireplaces. This is partly because the insert is fitted with a swing door instead of a lift-up door.

High efficiency

Spartherm’s Swing range is highly efficient (energy class A+). So, if you install a Spartherm insert in an existing open fireplace, you can increase efficiency from no more than 10% to over 75%! That means more heat from the wood, so you burn it more efficiently. An insert is also much easier to use than an open fireplace and creates far less mess. You can also go to bed while the fire is still burning, or leave the house briefly to run an errand. You cannot do this with an open fireplace.

Different frames

The Spartherm Swing Insert 61x50 comes as standard with a 60 mm four-sided frame. It is also available with an 80 mm or 100 mm frame as an option.
