Would you like to order a stove or fireplace and have it installed as well? You can request a separate installation quote from DSP Shop. Installation is optional and is not included in the product price by default.
A quote tailored to your situation
The price depends on the appliance, the existing connection, the flue and the work required in your home. In the request form, add a photo of the inside and a photo of the outside. This will help us assess your situation. If we need additional information or an inspection, we’ll discuss this with you.
Service area
For installation, we have a maximum travel distance of 80 km. We’ll check whether your address is within our service area based on your postcode. The installation service area is separate from the delivery options for orders without installation.
What work do we offer?
You can submit a request for wood-burning stoves, pellet stoves, gas fireplaces, electric fireplaces and flues. We assess what is possible for each request. We do not build or finish media walls.
Delivery and installation together
Would you like us to arrange both the appliance and the installation? Request a quote first. If we can combine delivery and installation, the quote will set out the arrangements for transport, any costs and the total amount. Scheduling will only take place once you have approved the quote.
Have you already placed an order?
You can request an installation quote with no obligation, even if you haven’t ordered anything yet. Already placed an order? You can enter your order number (optional). We’ll first check whether the appliance has already been shipped and whether delivery and installation can still be combined. A request does not automatically pause or change your existing order or shipment. We’ll discuss any changes with you separately.
