As a sales assistant at our stove sales company, you are responsible for advising customers on our wide range of stoves, fireplaces, and related accessories. You welcome customers into our showroom, listen to their needs, and help them find the ideal solution that suits their wishes and budget.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom.
- Providing expert advice on different types of stoves, fireplaces, and accessories.
- Answering customer questions about product features, installation, maintenance, and warranty.
- Processing sales transactions and managing the cash register.
- Following up on leads and quotes to maximize sales opportunities.
- Contributing to a neat and organized appearance of the showroom.
